7. App & Device Compatibility

• PAHRUMP.cards works across all modern smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• No app download is required to access or share the card.
• Full functionality may depend on internet access and device capabilities.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

• PAHRUMP.cards offers subscription plans (monthly or annual).
• Prices are set at the time of purchase and may change for future subscriptions.
• Payments are binding, and refunds are only available as explicitly stated in the plan agreement.
• Annual subscriptions provide cost savings over monthly subscriptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• PAHRUMP.cards is a platform only and is not responsible for interactions between users or third parties.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAHRUMP.cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.

10. Termination
